LDK Greenway Views

We were engaged as the Access consultants for the LDK Seniors’ Living development in Greenway ACT.  

The project involves the adaptive reuse into a Retirement Living / Aged Care village of a substantial former Commonwealth Office park of five buildings, each of two wings with 2-3 storeys into a Retirement living/ Aged Care facility.   

There is a central landscaped water garden which runs between the building wings along its long axis.  This large-scale asset hosts 210 apartments of 1 to 3 bedrooms, including 20 Dementia Care Units.  The total project cost is over $200million. 

This project has been awarded the 2021 ACT Development of the Year Award.
