SQC Group were awarded the contract for full architectural services for three Clinical Training Facilities and three Student Accommodations in September 2018.

The facilities were to be situated in Bega, Cooma and Moruya and formed part of a Federal Health Grant seeking to increase Health Related education in a rural setting.

The Grant applicant was a collaboration with SE NSW Local Health District (LHD), the Australian National University and the University of Canberra.

The Clinical Training Facilities were to be designed for a large array of different types of health education and were proposed to have a very transient population away from their normal environment. With that in mind, the design team set out to create durable, low maintenance but comfortable and warm familiar spaces.
