Ric established the firm Richard Small & Associates Architects which evolved through various identities to become SQC Group in March 2021.
The practice has experienced sustained growth in the light of industry demand to the present day and he now manages a team of 21 professional and technical staff.
Ric’s core strengths lie in his ability to interpret client needs and develop the best outcome.
As well, he is known for his empathy and ability to understand how to gain the best from the team, consultants and resources.
